This study critically examines the advertisement policies of leading social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, in order to evaluate their conformity with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh). The research aims to identify areas of convergence and divergence between contemporary digital advertising practices and the ethical-legal framework prescribed by Islamic law. While these platforms primarily design their advertising policies to protect commercial interests and maximize profitability, they often do not explicitly incorporate religious or ethical considerations rooted in Islamic teachings. Through a comparative and analytical approach, this study explores the underlying principles of these policies and assesses their compatibility with Shariah guidelines, particularly in matters such as truthfulness, modesty, avoidance of prohibited (haram) content, and ethical business conduct. Furthermore, the research proposes practical strategies and Shariahcompliant solutions to bridge the identified gaps, enabling advertisers to operate effectively within both platform regulations and Islamic ethical boundaries. The study concludes that adherence to both regulatory frameworks is essential for Muslim advertisers seeking to ensure a lawful (halal) and ethically responsible source of income.
